Newton Classroom
Product Manager · 2021 to 2025 · Remote
Owned the platform end-to-end across 8+ modules, from admissions and academics to fee collection and HR, serving every stakeholder in a school: leadership, teachers, parents, and staff.
- Replaced fragmented tools like Excel, WhatsApp, and legacy ERPs with a single operating system for schools, driving adoption across 8+ core modules including admissions, attendance, and fees
- Reduced post-release defects by 30% through tighter QA feedback loops and iterative delivery, cutting support ticket volume and improving release confidence
- Led a COVID pivot in weeks by integrating Google Meet to launch an online classroom experience inside Newton, enabling learning continuity without building from scratch
- Improved user engagement by 15% using Mixpanel and Amplitude to close adoption gaps with evidence-based iteration

Newton Payments
Product Manager · Newton Classroom · 2021 to 2025
Designed four distinct payment flows on a payment gateway: parent-facing fee checkout and activity bookings (B2C) plus staff salary processing and vendor payments (B2B), each with separate UX logic, trust signals, and real-time reporting.
- Eliminated manual fee collection across 30 to 50 schools. Parents could pay fees, book transport, and register for activities from their phone, reducing school office footfall significantly
- Moved B2B salary and vendor payment workflows inside Newton. Finance teams gained audit trails, approval histories, and payroll registers in one place for the first time
- Defined every API failure state and webhook validation, reducing payment ambiguity, lowering support tickets, and giving finance teams confidence in transaction data
- Payment module adoption contributed to subscription growth. Schools with active payment workflows showed higher platform stickiness and measurably lower churn

HappyDoggo
Product Manager · Concept to launch
A fast-growing pet supplies brand had strong traffic but a leaky checkout. Slow load times, a cluttered homepage, and a multi-step purchase flow were turning intent into abandonment. The fix required equal parts UX, performance, and trust.
- Built the analytics foundation from zero. Set up GA funnel tracking and behaviour analytics that gave every subsequent release a measurable baseline and made the ~40% conversion lift verifiable
- Rebuilt the checkout flow and homepage for mobile-first, where the majority of traffic originated, reducing steps, improving load speed, and embedding trust signals identified in parent interviews
- Ran discovery with no research team. User interviews with abandoned-cart users and competitive benchmarking built the insight engine from scratch, before a single line of code changed
- Shipped in phases with measurement after each release, converting a leaky funnel into a frictionless buying experience that turned first-time buyers into repeat customers

17D North
Product Operations Manager · Jun 2019 to Jun 2020
A brand strategy and digital agency running 10 to 20 concurrent client engagements had no shared delivery infrastructure. No Agile ceremonies, no project tracking tooling, no visibility layer for leadership. I built the operating model from scratch.
- Introduced a full Agile ceremony cadence including sprint planning, daily standups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, adapted for a creative agency context where standard engineering sprints don't fit
- Implemented Jira and Trello across all active client work, replacing email threads and verbal status updates with boards where every task had an owner, a status, and a deadline
- Built a stakeholder reporting layer that replaced ad hoc status chasing. Weekly delivery health reports gave senior leadership a full view of all concurrent engagements in under five minutes
- Structured client brief intake and milestone mapping before work started, reducing mid-project scope changes and aligning client expectations to delivery reality from sprint one
All four case studies reflect direct personal contribution. Metrics marked ~ are approximate figures based on pre/post measurement.
